2025 Youth Theme “Look unto me in every thought; doubt not, fear not.” |
Primary Activity Days - First and Third Tuesday nights at 7:00 pm at the Church
We started a Book of Mormon challenge at the beginning of March, and the goal is to read from the Book of Mormon every day! The youth were given a reading chart and asked to mark off the days they read…it does not have to be consecutive days…we have rewards for 21 days, 60 days, 100 days, 150 days, and 200 days. When the youth complete one of these benchmarks, they can talk to a leader to get a reward! They do not need to read a certain amount, 1 verse, a chapter, for a certain amount of time; whatever they feel they can read each day is all that is asked. We invite all youth to participate!

Latter-Day Prophets Speak“The Atonement of Jesus Christ Provides the Ultimate Rescue,” Elder Quentin L. Cook, General Conference, April 2025 In this conference talk, Elder Anderson testified: “As we turn to Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world, He rescues us from the storms of life through His Atonement.” Later in Elder Anderson’s address, he quoted President James E. Faust (Second Counselor in the First Presidency from 1995 until 2007) who said: “In the heroic effort of the handcart pioneers, we learn a great truth. All must pass through a refiner’s fire, and the insignificant and unimportant in our lives can melt away like dross and make our faith bright, intact, and strong. There seems to be a full measure of anguish, sorrow, and often heartbreak for everyone, including those who earnestly seek to do right and be faithful. Yet this is part of the purging to become acquainted with God.” |
