Fill out an identification information form for each member of your family. Store them in a secure, but quick access please in case of emergency.
Level II
Take photos of each member of your family with their hair color, eye color, sex, height, birthmarks or other identifying features. (If someone gets lost the police will want photos to help find them.)
Level III
Take a photo of your family in-front of your home with the address showing. (In case of evacuation police will try to keep looters out of the affected areas.)
